Privacy Notice
This explains how CustomFlow handles business, customer, and payment data.
What we collect
Business owners provide their business details, bank information, and customer records they choose to enter. Customers provide their name and phone number when added by a business owner, and may upload payment receipt images or PDFs through their private order tracking link.
How order tracking links work
Each order gets a private, hard-to-guess link. Anyone with that link can view the order status and submit payment proof for that order — treat the link like you would a receipt number.
Payment proof handling
Receipt images and PDFs are stored privately and are only visible to the business owner who manages that order. CustomFlow does not automatically verify bank transfers; business owners manually review and approve each payment.
Data storage
Data is stored using Supabase, with each business's records kept isolated from every other business on the platform.
Business owner responsibility
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the customer and payment information they enter, and for verifying payments before marking them approved.
