Using CustomFlow

By creating a workspace, you agree to use CustomFlow to manage your own business's orders, customers, and payments, and not for any unlawful purpose.

Payment verification is manual

CustomFlow does not automatically verify bank transfers. Approving a payment proof is the business owner's responsibility — always check the receipt against your own bank app or notifications before approving.

Business owner responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of orders, pricing, and customer information you enter, and for any communication you send to customers through the platform.

Account access

Each business workspace is private to its owner. Do not share your login credentials.

Changes to the service

CustomFlow is under active development and features may change as the product improves.
